1. ORDERS: A specimen order form is available by download or on request. It is not essential to use this form or a photocopy, however the form does include all the information needed to ensure that we are able to process your order correctly. To ensure our quality of service, orders will only normally be supplied on receipt of a written or faxed order, or through the website shopping basket. Fax orders and telephone queries will be received at any time (24 hours), but an answering service may be used if we are busy or during out of office hours.
2. REQUIREMENTS: Please give clear details stating your exact requirements.
- This is particularly important with small ensemble music where an arrangement may be available for several different types of ensemble.
- A "Set" will normally include a score and parts and sent as such, but a "Parts Only" option is available for most E M U small ensembles (quartets and quintets) only @ 15% off the listed price. Please state clearly if this option is required and make your own adjustments to the total when paying, if paying with order.
1. PAYMENT: Accounts are available for holders such as government or education departments and individuals (by prior arrangement), where payment is due within thirty days. Otherwise payment will be expected with the order before despatch is possible.
- U. K. Customers: Cheques and Postal Orders made payable to D F Wall - Please note Not to E M U Publishing!.
- Overseas Customers: £ Sterling by Bank or Post Office Giro (c. c. p. - normally the cheapest method), Eurocheque or International Money Orders.
1. SALE OR RETURN / VISITORS: Please note that because of widespread photocopying, we are not normally able to offer a sale or return service. However, if you wish to call and browse through scores or even try small ensemble music in our glorious Dorset countryside then you will be very welcome (by prior arrangement only please).
2. PRICES: Prices are correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to increase at any time without prior notification. |
