We are delighted to be able to offer a new series of original compositions for both saxophone and clarinet quartets and quintets by the renowned Kent player/teacher Bob Bernard. Bob's main interest is jazz as those of you who will have tried his book "Let's Get Started" will know. His long experience as a jazzist is evident in these new compositions. They are especially appealing to younger people and able players and have been performed both in concert and successful competition by groups from Tunbridge Wells Girls Grammar School and others in the Kent area. - Brass Quartet Competition Titles
A special E M U Publishing enterprise is a series of exceptional Brass Quartets. These are designed for the traditional British “Brass Band” or “Saxhorn” quartet of two Bb Cornets, Eb Tenor Horn and Bb Euphonium. All parts are written in the treble clef and the arrangements are deliberately designed to be exciting and technically demanding in all parts for the purpose of practice and contests.
